Each session begins with a mini-lesson on one aspect of how to write the story of your awesome life. After the lesson, I share writing cues-verbal, visual, musical, etc. designed to stimulate your memory. Then I give you five to ten minutes to begin writing the story triggered by the prompt. You leave with beginnings of eight or more pieces to work on later.
