TIA Journal Interview with Lezlie Laws Part Two

Last week, I introduced you to Lezlie Laws, and you were able to listen to the first part of our recent conversation about her brilliant TIA (thank-intend-ask) journals. This week, as promised, I share the second half, as well as more details about upcoming events you can enjoy with the fabulous Lezlie Laws.

If you missed last week’s audio interview, you can catch up and listen here.

To hear the second half, click the audio file below or read the transcript of part two.

I’ve often talked about Lezlie Laws of LifeArt Studio, and how she, way back in the early 1990s, helped me start writing again after fifteen years of not putting pen to paper. For that, I am deeply grateful.

In the last three or four years, Lezlie has served as a different type of mentor for me. She is a creativity coach with a mission to guide “people to make the life and the art they are born to create” and grow into the next best version of themselves—mind, body, and spirit.

The TIA Method (thank-intend-ask) offers a practice for inviting happiness, groundedness, and personal accomplishment into your life. If that sounds beneficial to you, consider participating in one of her upcoming TIA workshops. Lezlie Laws will lead an upcoming TIA Method Journaling Workshop at the Orlando Museum of Art on  June 16, 2018.

In this workshop, you will receive a 30-day TIA Journal where you will record your gratitude journey. The journal also includes space for a visual response—drawing, collage, or painting. Explore various writing and visual journaling techniques to encourage a lasting, reflective practice.

To register for this workshop, click here. The cost to attend the TIA Method Journaling Workshop is $45.

If you can’t wait until June to get started, her next TIA Method workshop is on Sunday, May 6 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Yoga Shala on Edgewater Drive in College Park. If you can’t make either of these workshops but would like to purchase a copy of the TIA Journal, you can do so from Lezlie’s store on Square.
