This Week’s Writing Prompt

Think of a time when you permitted yourself to waste time. What did you do? Was anyone else with you? Where were you? Was it spontaneous or planned? How did you feel during and after this experience?
Write what you remembered. Include as many sensory details as possible to ground readers in the moment with you and be sure to expand on the setting, including physical location and time.

Is there really such a thing? My sleep at night or the naps i take during the day are the recharging of my batteriees.
Time i spend out on the deck in my rocking chair i am staying in touch nature.
In my quiet time i am talking to God.
No, i dont see where any of my time is really wasted.

You’re right, Judi. Some may say being still is wasting time, but I agree with you that these are the very things that keep our souls refreshed and connected to what matters. Thanks for sharing some of the meaningful ways you spend your time.

Some say when you are lonely you are wasting time, only when you are alone that you can find yourself.
Some times walking alone and thinking, it’s bored for some, it’s at that very moment you are about to bring something new into the world.
My life is designed for creativeness you won’t ever notice if my time is been wasted or not because my time is never been wasted.
