Wednesday Writing Prompt: Spring Holidays

Last week we wrote about the virtues of Spring cleaning, and this week we’re going write about Spring, too. Easter and Passover are this week, and even if you don’t celebrate the religious holidays, you likely still benefited from Spring Break when you were young — that much-needed break from school that couldn’t come too soon. Think back on some memorable Spring Holidays: a funny run in with the Easter Bunny, a Seder gone wrong, getting in a little too much trouble during Spring Break in your college days. Try to come up with something that has always colored your experience of Spring Holidays since then. How do you feel about it now? How does it affect your traditions or the stories you tell at family gatherings this time of year? Set your timer for 8 minutes and… ready, set, write!
